Stephen is the newest member of the R&G family, joining in September 2023. After achieving a degree in Mathematics and Finance, Stephen joined a Graduate Management Trainee program in an independent distribution business where he was promoted to Sales Director. He decided to bring his sales, customer service and organisational skills back to the Financial Services industry and is currently working towards achieving his Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
